We’re introducing a new tiered pricing system for 2025! This allows families to choose the price that works best for them, with no impact on their camper’s experience.
Many may not know that the cost of running summer programs at Camp Wildwood is significantly higher than the fees we traditionally charge. Each year, the generous support of donors helps subsidize the true cost of camp.
These expenses include essentials like insurance, utilities, food, wages for our amazing seasonal staff, facility upkeep, and much more.
In recent years, we’ve calculated that the true cost for each camper to attend is over $700. As a nonprofit Christian camp, our mission is to welcome as many campers as possible while striving to keep the experience affordable for families.
To support this mission, we’ve implemented a new approach to pricing for 2025. Families can now choose from three pricing levels that reflect different portions of the actual cost of a week at camp.
This pricing is entirely self-selected during the registration process and does not impact the camp experience, attention, or treatment a camper receives. Your selection is private and only viewable by Camp Wildwood’s administrative team.
New this year, the price of camp will also include daily tuck and a Camp Wildwood summer T-Shirt!

There are three price levels for all camps.

- $655+hst per camper - this price represents approximately 90% full cost of a camper.
- $555+hst per camper - this price represents approx, 75% of the full cost of a camper
- $445+hst per camper - this price is our standard price at approx. 60% of the actual cost per camper.
MINI WEEK PRICES:
- $360+hst per camper - this price represents approximately 90% full cost of a camper.
- $305+hst per camper - this price represents approx, 75% of the full cost of a camper
- $260+hst per camper - this price is our standard price at approx. 60% of the actual cost per camper.
What Does Paying a Full or Less Subsidized Price Accomplish?
Every dollar of subsidized camper fees is offset by generous donations. In a typical year, Camp Wildwood raises over $100,000 to cover operational costs. With the new pricing structure, we hope to direct more of these funds toward essential projects like:
